The Mont Alpi 4-Burner Outdoor Kitchen Island with Beverage Center and Extra Drawer Slides Cabinet (MAi400-BEVDR) is a linear Original Series configuration for hosts who want quick access to tools and integrated drink storage. It brings cooking, refrigeration, and drawer-based organization together in a single, hospitality-ready footprint.

At the center is a 4-burner gas grill with an infrared side burner for high-heat searing or pan cooking, plus an infrared rear burner for rotisserie use. LED-illuminated control knobs and internal cooking lights improve visibility, while granite work surfaces provide a clean, easy-to-maintain prep zone.

What sets this configuration apart is the combination of a beverage center—an outdoor-rated refrigerator and sink in a single module—and the 3-drawer cabinet, which keeps tools and accessories visible and within reach during busy cooking sessions. The drawer-forward layout supports an efficient flow as service speeds up. It is propane-ready and convertible to natural gas with the optional Mont Alpi conversion kit.
