20% restocking fee on ALL returns authorized for reasons not the fault of Marina Pool, Spa and Patio. Item must be in unused, uninstalled, and re-sellable condition. Customer responsible for all shipping charges. Initial Shipping Cost Will Be Deducted Plus 20% Restocking Fee From All Refunded Orders. Used, damaged or installed products will NOT be refunded.

Any parts that are used are not returnable.

If you need to process an exchange, please contact us directly. Furniture Cover returns are handled on an individual basis.
If you have purchased a power supply that you feel is not working with your pool cleaner please do NOT return without first contacting us. You most likely have a problem with your power cord or motor instead of the power supply or you need to program the power supply to work with your specific machine. Please make sure you have pushed the black power cord in really hard until you hear a snap to make the connection. In all cases, regardless of the date purchased, if the power supply is returned to us in working order, you would be charged a 20% restocking fee and return shipping charges. If we are able to determine that the power supply is truly defective by phone or email, there is no need to return the power supply to us and instead we will have the manufacturer send you a replacement directly.
The manufacturer holds all warranties themselves for all of the products that we sell.
We can help you process your warranty claim through the manufacturer. You may be required to call the manufacturer directly, give us information such as serial number, etc., and/or send the item back to the MANUFACTURER for warranty replacement or repair. Customer responsible for all shipping charges. Products should NOT be returned to Marina. If the manufacturer wants them back, they will send you a return label directly.
