HOW STAIN & SCALE PREVENTER WORKS:
Stain & Scale Preventer is a fast-working sequesterant that prevents and eliminates scale & mineral deposits. It softens hard water and helps prevent mineral staining. Regular use of this product will keep the spa surfaces and plumbing in excellent condition.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
This product should be added when the spa is initially filled and on a weekly basis to prevent stains and scale buildup.
FILLING THE SPA: Add 2 oz (4 tbs) of this product for every 500 gallons of spa water while spa is being filled.
WEEKLY: Apply 1 1/2 tbs per 500 gallons to the water weekly to prevent stains & scale buildup
*** If hot tub or spa has excessive hardness, scale or mineral deposits, treat with 2 fluid ounces (4 tbs) per 500 gallons of spa water. Add only when pump is in operation. ***
APPLICATION:
Maintain continuous circulation, distribute required amount in the middle of the spa or in front of a jet.
